5 RERA Compliance

BB Realty operates in compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). All projects promoted by BB Realty are required to be RERA-registered. Buyers are advised to verify the RERA registration number of any project on the official Haryana RERA portal at hrera.org.in before making any payment or booking.

6 Brokerage & Commission

BB Realty earns a commission/brokerage fee from the developer upon a successful property transaction. This fee is paid by the developer and does not constitute any additional cost to the buyer, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. The existence of a brokerage arrangement does not in any way affect the objectivity of our property recommendations.

7 Enquiry & Lead Submissions

By submitting an enquiry form, booking a site visit, or contacting us via WhatsApp or phone, you expressly consent to:

• Being contacted by BB Realty's team via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your property enquiry
• Receiving relevant property updates, brochures, and pricing information
• Your information being shared with the specific developer(s) you have expressed interest in, for the purpose of site visit coordination

These communications may continue until you explicitly opt out by contacting us at info@bbrealty.in.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the BB Realty name, logo, text, graphics, images, icons, and layout — is the intellectual property of BB Realty and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
